RULES AND CONDITION FOR PARTICIPANTS / 参赛细则 

1. The organizer – Green Tawau Action Committee &Tawau Photographer Society welcome the general public

    from Tawau to participate this photo contest. There shall be No entrance fee. 

    主办单位欢迎斗湖区公众人士参加此项摄影比赛，免参赛费。 

2. Scope of the contest: Participants are required to submit photo entries covering the natural beauty of Flame 

    of The Forest surrounding Tawau. Microphotography will not accept by organizer. 

   呈上作品必须拍摄斗湖区内凤凰木景观。主办单位不接受凤凰木特写作品。　 

3. Film & Digital format allowed. However, participants are only allowed to enhance the entry by improving color 

    saturation, contrast, brightness and cropping. 

   可使用菲林或数码相机拍摄，数码作品只可修改颜色饱和度，光暗度及适当之裁剪。 

4. All entries submitted must be the original work of the participants. 

   所有作品必须是作品之原作。　 

5. A maximum of 10 8R (8X10 / 8X12) color photo can be submitted by participant. All entries must be mounted 

   on black photo mounting board. The participant’s name, photo caption, place of the photo taken, address and 

   telephone contact must be written at the back of the mounting card. This information must be identical to 

   information written on entry form. 

   参赛者可呈上最多不超过10张8R (8X10 / 8X12)彩色作品，所有参赛作品必须以黑色卡装裱，且必须在卡后写上 

   作品编号，姓名，题名，拍摄地点，地址及联络电话，资料必须与参赛表格相同。 

6. All entries submitted for this contest will note be retuned and it will remain as a property of the organizer. 

    所有参赛作品将交给主办单位保管而不受退回。 

7. All copyright of the entries submitted for this contest shall belong to the organizer. The organizer shall have

   the rights to use the photo for exhibition, press publicity, advertisement, and promotional activities. 

   作品原作专利权属于主办单位。主办单位保有权力使用参赛作品作推广用途而不须给予任何酬劳。 

8. All entries must be submitted to the following address no later than 29th May 2012: Ocean Studio or Focus

   Studio. 

   所有参赛作品必须与参赛表格在5月29日前交往以下地址：海洋影室或Focus Studio。 

9. The decision of the judges is Final and no complaint shall be entertained. 

    评审团之决定乃是赛会最后决定，任何投诉将不受理。 

10. The winners shall be informed through press publicity and phone call where by the winners shall also be

     informed the date and venue for the official prize presentation. 

     主办单位将会通过报章及电话通知所有优胜者及颁奖日期与地点。
